First of all, you need to find your Laptop or Pc service code.Service code is a specific number given to the product.This service code is an identity to a specific product.This service tag is given on the back of your pc or laptop.If there are not specified service tag or code you need to restart your pc/laptop, On Dell icon press F2 button.It will enter you into the setup menu.Here you will see an option of  system information on the top left.Click on it, It will show you service tag on right side.Note that service tag/Code.This will be seven digit code.Note it down.
